Module not found 'pip._internal'

To solve this problem

step 1- https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py
step 2 - select all  (ctrl+A)
step 3 - open notepad
step 4 - paste all
step 5 - save it by name get-pip.py
step 6 - run it

your problem is solved
